Oak Terrace Health Center Home Care is a Class A Professional Home Care Agency, servicing the Gaylord area and surrounding communities in Nicollet, Blue Earth, Sibley and McLeod counties. We offer professional nursing and home health aide services, 7 days per week, from 7 a.m. and 9 p.m. Each home care client receives an individualized service plan tailored to their specific needs.Types of services may include:
- Medication setup
- Assistance with bathing
- Housekeeping chores
- Monitoring of acute or chronic health conditions by a Registered Nurse
- Cooking assistance
