With apartments ranging from 853 to 1188 sq. feet, each featuring wall to wall carpeting, individually controlled heating and central air conditioning, washer-dryer hookups, a large kitchen with range, refrigerator/freezer and dishwasher. Each has either a fireplace or a large deck where residents can enjoy the outdoor view with family and friends.

Concerned with parking your vehicle outside or walking across slippery, snow-packed parking lots? Oak Terrace offers well lit, heated underground parking. Park in your designated parking stall and allow the elevator assist you to your apartment!

As an Oak Terrace resident, the entire building is available for your private use. Our in-home theatre is just one example. Relax in the soft, comfortable theatre seats while you view the movie of your choice in this specially designed theatre room.
